# Session for Golf — Quick Reference Card

## Add a Golfer

1. Clients → **Add Golfer**
2. Enter name, email, phone, handicap index
3. Apply tags (Junior, Member, Tournament Player, etc.)
4. Save

## Schedule a Lesson

1. Schedule → **New Lesson**
2. Select golfer (type to search)
3. Choose lesson type: Private / Playing Lesson / Clinic / Club Fitting / Video Review / Practice
4. Set date, time, duration, location
5. Save

**Or:** Open golfer profile → Overview tab → **Schedule Lesson**

## Create a Package

1. Packages → **New Package**
2. Name it (e.g., "10-Lesson Short Game Bundle")
3. Set session count, price, expiry rule
4. Choose redeemable lesson types
5. Save

**Assign to a golfer:** Golfer profile → Packages tab → **Assign Package** → choose payment method → Confirm

## Log Activity

1. Open golfer profile → Activity tab → **Log Activity**
   — or — Dashboard Quick Actions → **Log Activity**
2. Choose type: Call / Email / Text / Note / Meeting / Follow-Up
3. Enter subject and description
4. Set reminder date (for Follow-Ups)
5. Save

## Check Pipeline

- Pipeline → Kanban view
- **New Deal:** Pipeline → New Deal → link golfer → name deal → set value + stage → Save
- **Move a deal:** Drag card to next column, or open deal → change Stage dropdown
- Stages: New Lead → Contacted → Proposal Sent → Won / Lost

## Complete a Lesson

1. Open lesson (from Schedule or golfer's Lessons tab)
2. Change status → **Completed**
3. Add internal note (optional)
4. Save — package session deducts automatically

---

## Log a Handicap Update

1. Golfer profile → **Handicap** tab
2. **Log Handicap** → enter new index, date, optional note
3. Save — chart updates automatically

---

## Client Check-In (Coach PIN)

- Kiosk URL: **golf.jkcreative.store/checkin**
- Golfer enters your PIN → selects their name → confirms
- Lesson status changes to Checked In automatically
- Set PIN at: Settings → Coach PIN

## Connect Square

Settings → Square Integration → **Connect Square** → authorize → done

---
