Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for Session for Tennis subscriptions purchased from JK.Creative LLC (“JK Creative”). By subscribing to Session for Tennis you agree to this policy. Questions: sft@jkcreative.store.

1. Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial and no charge is made during the trial period. If you do not activate a paid plan before the trial ends, your account is downgraded to read-only — you will never be charged without explicit subscription activation.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation is self-serve.

Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. Once activated, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the unused remainder of a billing period — the 14-day free trial is the evaluation window.

Annual plans: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current calendar month. You retain access to paid features until that date and are eligible for a prorated refund as described in Section 3.

3. Annual refunds

Annual subscribers who cancel mid-term receive a prorated refund calculated as:

(remaining months ÷ 12) × annual price paid × 0.80

The 20% deduction covers operational costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation.

Example: Advantage annual paid at $680, cancelled after 4 months with 8 remaining → refund = (8 ÷ 12) × $680 × 0.80 = $362.67.

4. Plan pricing

Current monthly rates are $20 (Deuce), $65 (Advantage), and $125 (Championship). Annual rates are $210 (Deuce), $680 (Advantage), and $1,310 (Championship) — each saving roughly 1.5 months versus paying monthly. The pricing schedule is disclosed before subscription and acknowledged in the checkout flow. Future rate changes are governed by Section 5 (Top Seeds program) and Section 9 (Changes to this policy).

5. Top Seeds program

The first 15 paying subscribers to Session for Tennis are recognized as Top Seeds and receive introductory pricing on their initial subscription:

• Annual Top Seeds: locked at the introductory rate (Deuce $20/mo, Advantage $65/mo, Championship $125/mo) for two annual subscription years: the first year you pay for, plus the first renewal. At your second renewal (year 3), your subscription rolls to the standard rate then in effect.
• Monthly Top Seeds: charged at the introductory rate for as long as Session for Tennis remains in the introductory pricing period. Once the program closes (15 spots filled), monthly Top Seeds have a 6-month window to convert to an annual plan at the introductory rate (which then triggers the two-year annual lock above). After that 6-month window, the next monthly bill rolls to the standard rate then in effect.
• Tier upgrades during the lock: if you upgrade tiers (e.g., Deuce → Advantage) while you’re still inside your Top Seeds lock window, the new tier is billed at introductory Top Seeds pricing. You pay the difference between your old tier’s introductory price and the new tier’s introductory price, on a prorated basis. Top Seeds keep their member pricing across all tiers — you do not lose your member pricing by upgrading.
• Public counter: the number of Top Seeds spots remaining is displayed on the pricing page in the format “X spots remaining.” When the program reaches the last open spot, the badge displays an urgency message: “Act now — last Top Seeds spot remaining.” Once filled, all new subscriptions are billed at the standard rate then in effect.

The intro-to-standard transition is not grounds for a refund. The schedule is disclosed at signup and acknowledged at checkout.

6. Data retention after cancellation

After cancellation, your account remains in read-and-export-only mode for 30 days. During this window you can download client records, session notes, video annotations, and packages. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. Restoring service after deletion requires a fresh subscription.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us at sft@jkcreative.store before initiating a chargeback — almost every situation can be resolved more quickly by email. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Refund requests

Cancellations are self-serve through your account settings. For cases requiring manual intervention (billing disputes, payment-method issues, accessibility accommodations), email sft@jkcreative.store with your subscription ID and a brief description. We confirm receipt within 1 business day and resolve approved requests within 3 business days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes apply only to subscriptions activated after the effective date of the updated policy. Existing subscribers are grandfathered in on the policy in force at the time of their most recent renewal. Top Seeds members are protected by their lock window described in Section 5.

10. Governing law

This policy and your subscription are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy or your subscription will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in King County, Washington, except that small-claims-court matters within the county may proceed in court. JK.Creative LLC is registered in Washington State; your statutory consumer protection rights under your state of residence are not waived by this clause.
